Giving a talk at IT Conference in Salvador, Brazil myself, I had the pleasure to see Kevin Mitnick, now CEO of Defensive Thinking give a keynote on social engineering.
It was a very interesting talk showing how technology cannot secure your whole system and that people often are the weakest links. Kevin had plenty of interesting, and pretty funny, real stories to tell. It reminded me of The Fugitive Game: Online With Kevin Mitnick, I read a few years back. I guess that I should check out his book, The Art of Deception.
