Chirac’s integrity
I ended up on Daniel Glazman’s blog to discover that he’s not a fan of Chirac. I am glad to see people criticizing Chirac, though maybe it’s because I’m new to this blog thing that I get excited about it. I keep seeing people ranting about Bush (including me), but we could say so many things about Chirac too.
It’s just too bad that blogs were not as widespread when he was working hard at not being caught with all his abuses of the system (cheap apartments, fake employment, incredibly high food bills at the city hall of Paris, etc.)
Funny, the Guignols de l’Info had a sketch tonight showing Chirac in jail after Sarkozy got elected in 2007. I doubt that will happen (the jail part, not the election part, unfortunately).
