* Concert tickets tips

** In France

Buy tickets on [[http://www.fnac.com/][fnac.com]] and collect tickets in one of the Fnac stores: there will be no additional service nor delivery charges. Avoid [[http://www.ticketnet.com/shop/fr/accueil.asp][ticketnet.fr]], not only they charge high delivery fees, but they ask you to fax an id and a copy of the card used for the payment!

** In the US

Seek local alternatives (e.g. [[http://www.multistage.org/][MultiStage Productions]] in Boston -- they have good concerts and are friendly) to [[http://www.ticketmaster.com/][Ticketmaster]] who charge people too many fees. Although tickets given by local ticketseller still are written Ticketmaster on them, so I am not sure if it makes a real difference. In any case, it gives you the feeling not to support a [[http://www.altavista.com/web/res_text?avkw=xytx&amb=txt&kls=0&kgs=0&q=ticketmaster+monopoly][monopoly]].
