This is Hugo Haas's scratchpad. I have started this because the cost of writing a complete HTML page and linking it from the appropriate places was high when I just wanted to write down an idea.
Since I have never done this, I expect to need some time to learn how to organize it properly. I had this idea by looking at Dan Connolly's scratchpad.
I am expecting to come up with lots of small pages and lots of different ideas. Google should help me to find things anyway.
