Patch for Webalizer

I decided to use Webalizer to make some sense of the logs of larve.net, but I had a few issues with it:

• the concept of page is irrelevant if you use content negotiation, which I do.
• I didn't care about the hourly statistics table at all.

Philippe Le Hégaret made a version which uses CSS2, which is accessible, which is valid HTML, based on Webalizer V2.00-12. I decided to use this version and add a few options to suit my needs:

• DailyGraph to display or not the daily stat graph (same behavior as HourlyGraph)
• DailyStats to display or not the daily stat table (same behavior as HourlyStats)
• PageStats to perform or not the page stats

It works pretty well for me. I then submitted the patch to the author, Bradford L. Barrett, but since I didn't hear from him since then and that I thought that some people might be interested in this version, I am making it available here:
