To implement an Ariel compliant control architecture supporting the Resource ReSerVation Protocol (RSVP). The RSVP agent should process RSVP messages and control the ATM switch in order to set up appropriate connections. RSVP implementations up to now do not establish connections themselves; this is done via classical ATM signalling (UNI).
